You should not take
Celexa if you:
- Are allergic to Celexa, citalopram hydrobromide, or any inactive components used to make Celexa. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
- Have a condition known as congenital long QT syndrome.
- Are taking pimozide (Orap®). Pimozide is a medication used to treat Tourette syndrome and to prevent hallucinations.
