Can Children Use It?

Cymbalta is not approved for treatment of childhood depression, anxiety, or nerve pain. Talk to your healthcare provider about the risks and benefits of using Cymbalta in children with depression or nerve pain.

 

Off-Label Uses

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend Cymbalta for something other than the conditions listed above. This is called an "off-label" use. At this time, using this medication for stress incontinence (loss of bladder control due to activities such as coughing, sneezing, laughing, or exercising) is an off-label use.
