Deplin Drug Interactions

When certain medications are taken in combination with Deplin, drug interactions may occur. Some of these negative reactions can decrease the absorption of Deplin into the bloodstream, potentially reducing the effectiveness of this vitamin. Some of the medications that may lead to problems when taken with Deplin include pyrimethamine, sulfasalazine, and certain anti-seizure medicines.
