Isocarboxazid

Storage Methods

Isocarboxazid should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Isocarboxazid tablets should be kept in an airtight container.

Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children.

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

If you do not take your isocarboxazid as scheduled, take your missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose of isocarboxazid.

Generic Isocarboxazid

Currently, there is no generic isocarboxazid licensed for sale. Although the patent for isocarboxazid expired several years ago, no companies have chosen to make a generic version of isocarboxazid, probably due to a low demand for this product.

Who Makes Isocarboxazid?

Isocarboxazid is made by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and is marketed and distributed by Validus Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Available Strengths
