If you are taking Lexapro and pregnancy occurs, let your healthcare provider know. He or she will consider both the benefits and risks of Lexapro during pregnancy before making a recommendation. It is possible that he or she may recommend reducing your Lexapro dosage or weaning you off Lexapro during the third trimester of pregnancy.
