Nardil Food Interactions

Other Suggestions for Avoiding Nardil Food Interactions

In addition to avoiding the foods mentioned here, there are a few things you can do to help prevent Nardil food interactions:

  • Always make sure your food is very fresh
  • Be on the lookout for "hidden" tyramine products, especially in restaurant foods (such as soy sauce in stir-fry) or prepackaged products (such as cheese crackers)
  • Never, under any circumstance, eat anything that you suspect may be spoiled.

Although these food recommendations may seem rather restrictive, it is important to follow them in order to avoid dangerous reactions while taking Nardil for depression.
