Oleptro Drug Interactions

When antiplatelet medications, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or monoamine oxidase inhibitors are taken with Oleptro, drug interactions may occur. These interactions can alter the level of Oleptro in your blood and increase your risk of side effects. Notify your healthcare provider immediately if you develop symptoms such as hallucinations, fever, or difficulty walking while taking this medication.

      • Reteplase (Retavase®)
      • Streptokinase (Streptase®)
