Women with premenstrual dysphoric disorder can take a daily dose of Paxil CR 12.5 mg for every day during the entire menstrual cycle or only during the last two weeks of their cycle. The maximum daily Paxil CR dosages are 62.5 mg for depression, 75 mg for panic disorder, and 37.5 mg for social anxiety disorder.
