Pristiq and Dry MouthThere are many potential side effects of Pristiq, and dry mouth appears to be one of them. In clinical trials, up to 11 percent of people taking the drug experienced dry mouth. If you are taking Pristiq and dry mouth becomes a problem, try sipping water more often and avoiding caffeinated drinks. Your healthcare provider can also offer treatment options.
