Prosak

Were you looking for information about
Prozac? Prosak is a common misspelling of Prozac.

Prozac® (fluoxetine hydrochloride) is a medication licensed to treat several health conditions, including depression, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and bulimia. When used in combination with Zyprexa® (olanzapine), it is also approved for treating bipolar depression and treatment-resistant depression. As with any medicine, Prozac can cause side effects, such as headaches, nausea, and insomnia.

Although most people tolerate Prozac well, this medication is not suitable for everyone. Prior to taking Prozac, make sure to talk to your healthcare provider about your medical history and any other medicines you are taking (including vitamins and herbal supplements).
