Prozac Drug Interactions

When lithium, certain seizure medications, or triptans are taken together with Prozac, drug interactions may potentially occur. When these interactions occur, drug levels in your blood can increase significantly and your risks for developing side effects (such as stomach bleeding or serotonin syndrome) may be higher. Other medications that may potentially lead to Prozac drug interactions include diazepam, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, warfarin, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
