Remeron? Remron is a common misspelling of Remeron.

If you experience symptoms of depression, your healthcare provider may prescribe Remeron^® (mirtazapine). Although it is not entirely clear how Remeron works, it is thought that this medication works by affecting certain chemicals in the brain, including serotonin and norepinephrine. As with any drug, there are possible side effects with Remeron, including dizziness, drowsiness, and weight gain. Before starting Remeron, make sure your healthcare provider is aware of other existing medical conditions you have, as well as any other medications you are taking.
