Tofranil® is a prescription medicine that is licensed for the treatment of depression in adults, as well as bedwetting in children. By affecting certain chemicals in the brain, the medication can help improve symptoms of depression. It can also be used to help children who wet the bed at night by relaxing their bladder muscles. Possible side effects of Tofranil include constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness, and dizziness.
