Tofranil Drug Interactions

If alcohol, blood pressure medications, or thyroid medications are taken with Tofranil, drug interactions may occur. These interactions can increase or decrease drug levels in your blood and may lead to dangerous side effects, such as QT prolongation and suicidal thoughts.
