TrimipramineTrimipramine is a medication that is used for the treatment of depression in adults. It is a type of tricyclic antidepressant that works by affecting certain chemicals in the brain (serotonin and norepinephrine). Some possible side effects of trimipramine include dizziness or lightheadedness, a dry mouth, and constipation. Trimipramine capsules, which are available by prescription, come in three different strengths and are generally taken one to four times a day.
