Wellbutrin? Wellbutron is a common misspelling of Wellbutrin.

Wellbutrin® (bupropion hydrochloride) is a prescription medication that is approved to treat depression. The drug works by helping to keep certain chemicals in the brain (dopamine and norepinephrine) balanced. Side effects of Wellbutrin may include nausea, insomnia, and weight loss. If the side effects become too bothersome or if the medication does not work as well as intended, there are other alternatives to Wellbutrin, including other depression medications and psychotherapy.
