Zoloft 100 mg Tablets

Zoloft® (sertraline hydrochloride) is a prescription antidepressant licensed to treat various conditions within the brain, including depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. It comes in either tablet or liquid form and is available in the following strengths:
  • Zoloft 25 mg tablets
  • Zoloft 50 mg tablets
  • Zoloft 100 mg tablets
  • Zoloft oral concentrate 20 mg per mL.
The recommended starting dosage for people with panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, or social anxiety disorder is Zoloft 25 mg once a day. After a week, your healthcare provider will likely increase the dose to 50 mg once a day. He or she may also recommend Zoloft 100 mg tablets if symptoms continue, or decrease this amount if side effects occur.
For those with premenstrual dysphoric disorder, the recommended starting dosage is 50 mg once a day, either throughout the entire menstrual cycle or just during the last two weeks, before a woman's period starts.
The recommended starting Zoloft dose for the treatment of depression or obsessive-compulsive disorder is 50 mg once a day. Your healthcare provider may increase or decrease this amount as needed.
